01
- What does "done-for-you" actually mean?
- You hand off your email and SMS. We write every message, design every send, set the calendar, hit send, and report on what worked. You approve drafts (or skip approvals — your call). You never log into a tool, touch a template, or chase a deadline.
02
- Do I need any software or tools to use MailElse?
- No. We use our own systems on the back end. You don't install anything, log in to anything, or pay a separate tool subscription. Your only interface is email or our portal — to give us context, approve drafts, and read reports.
03
- How much does it cost?
- Plans start at $450/mo, billed monthly with no setup fee. Each tier covers a specific volume and channel mix; we'll recommend one during kickoff based on your list size and how often you want to send. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
04
- I already have a list on Mailchimp, Klaviyo, MailerLite, or ConvertKit. Can you move it?
- Yes. Migration is part of onboarding and we handle it for you — exporting your subscribers, your tags, your segments, and any active automations. Your old account can stay paid until we've fully cut over (usually 1-2 weeks), so nothing breaks for your subscribers in the gap.
05
- I already have a website. Can my site's signup form send subscribers directly to MailElse?
- Yes. We give you a small embed snippet — or we connect to whatever signup form you already have on Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, Typeform, or a custom site. Subscribers flow straight into your MailElse list. No double entry, no manual exports.
06
- How fast can we start sending?
- First send goes out within 7 days of kickoff for most accounts. Onboarding takes 2-3 days (voice session, list migration, calendar setup), then we draft, you approve, we send.
07
- How will the email sound like our brand, not yours?
- Onboarding starts with a voice session — we read your past emails, your website, your social posts, anything in your brand voice. We draft early sends in your voice and you tell us what's off. By the third or fourth send, the draft sounds like you wrote it. Subscribers replying to the email won't know we exist.
08
- Do I have to approve every send?
- Default is yes — drafts go to you, you approve in chat or the portal, we send. Once you trust the rhythm, you can flip on auto-approve for a content type (newsletters, say) and we ship without back-and-forth. Approvals stay on for anything new — launches, promotions, one-offs.
09
- How do I know it's working?
- You get a plain-language monthly summary covering replies, clicks, revenue, unsubscribes, list health, and what we're changing next month. No screenshots of dashboards you have to learn — just the numbers that matter and the decisions we're making with them.
010
- Do you handle SMS too?
- Yes. Everything we do for email — write, design, schedule, send, improve — we do for SMS. The two channels work together (e.g., an email campaign with an SMS reminder) and you get one calendar covering both.
011
- What if I want to change something — a campaign, the tone, the cadence?
- Tell us in chat or in the portal. Same-business-day reply on most messages. Calendar changes carry forward; tone or cadence changes are applied to the next round of drafts. You stay in control without doing the work.
012
- Who owns my list and content?
- You do, fully. Subscribers, content, templates, automation logic — all of it is yours and exportable on demand. We hold it for you while you work with us; you take it with you if you ever leave. No vendor lock-in, no "we own the segments," no fine print.
013
- What if it's not working out — can I cancel?
- Yes, no contract. Cancel anytime in the portal or by emailing your lead. Your final billing month is the month notice is given. We hand back your list, your templates, and any flow logic you want — fully exportable. We'd rather lose you cleanly than make leaving painful.
